Unlocking this quest allows players to restore key magic across the valley and eventually welcome Prince Eric to their village.
Starting the Quest in the Forgotten Lands
To initiate the quest, players must first travel to the Forgotten Lands biome to retrieve the initial dark crystal. This first relic can be found sitting on a dark pedestal located near the back section of the area. Picking up this crystal triggers the next phase of the mission and directs players back to Ursula for further instructions.
Finding the Remaining Dark Crystals
Ursula task players with finding three additional dark crystals hidden across distinct biomes in the valley. One crystal is situated near Mother Gothel's large willow tree in the Glade of Trust. Another rests in the Sunlit Plateau along the cliff edge overlooking the glade below. The final crystal can be located in the Frosted Heights right near the entrance to the secret chamber.
Placing Crystals and Unlocking Prince Eric
Once all four crystals are collected, players must return to the ancient ruins in the Forgotten Lands. Inserting a crystal onto each of the four surrounding pedestals activates the mechanism and reveals a central crystal. Taking this final crystal back to Ursula concludes the quest, allowing players to progress toward bringing Prince Eric back to the valley.
